Scott Coe
Scott Coe is the owner of Coe Heating & Air Conditioning. He took over the family business from his father in 1987 and has remained dedicated to both his customers and employees ever since. In addition to leading and managing his team, Scott is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company, including overseeing accounting and marketing efforts. His commitment, leadership, and hands-on approach have helped build the trusted reputation Coe Heating & Air Conditioning is known for today. Scott is passionate about treating customers fairly and making sure every customer receives the service and solutions they truly need — never pushing unnecessary repairs or equipment replacements. He strongly believes in doing what is right and ensuring customers are taken care of honestly and professionally. As a second-generation family business, Scott is committed to keeping Coe Heating & Air Conditioning family owned and operated so the company can continue providing the personal service, integrity, and values that his father, Robert Coe, built the business on. He believes remaining independent allows Coe Heating & Air Conditioning to continue putting customers first and maintaining the level of trust and care that has defined the company for generations.
Austin Coe
Austin Coe joined Coe Heating & Air Conditioning in 2017, continuing a family tradition that began with his grandfather, Bob Coe, who originally established the company. As a third-generation member of the business, Austin takes pride in carrying on the company’s long-standing commitment to quality service and customer care. Austin began his career with Coe Heating & Air Conditioning assisting with HVAC equipment installations and has since transitioned into a service technician role, where he has spent the last several years building extensive hands-on experience. He is highly knowledgeable in both residential and commercial HVAC systems and is known for his strong customer service skills and attention to detail. In addition to heating and cooling systems, Austin also services water heaters and geothermal equipment. His dedication to learning, problem-solving, and helping customers has made him a valuable part of the Coe Heating & Air Conditioning team.
Colton Coe
Colton Coe, son of Scott Coe, joined Coe Heating & Air Conditioning in 2025 as part of the company’s third generation of family involvement. Since joining the team, Colton has quickly become a valuable member of the service department. Working closely alongside his brother Austin, Colton has gained extensive hands-on training and knowledge over the past year. Although he is still early in his career, he has already demonstrated strong technical skills, a great work ethic, and a natural ability to connect with customers. Colton takes pride in providing quality service and continuing the family tradition of honest, dependable HVAC work that Coe Heating & Air Conditioning has been known for for generations.
Samantha Zoll
Samantha Zoll joined the Coe Heating & Air Conditioning team in 2005 and plays an important role in the daily operations of the office. She is responsible for answering phones, dispatching technicians, and handling a variety of administrative duties that help keep the company running smoothly. Samantha also works closely with employees to assist with their day-to-day needs and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. She truly enjoys helping customers with their heating and cooling needs and takes pride in creating a positive experience for everyone she assists.
Bill Sink
Bill Sink joined the Coe Heating & Air Conditioning team in 2009. He spent 11 years working in the field as a service technician before transitioning into his current role as Parts Manager. In his position, Bill assists the service technicians with locating parts, ordering equipment, and ensuring the field team has what they need to efficiently serve customers. He also works directly with customers to help them find the correct parts for their HVAC needs. Bill’s years of hands-on field experience give him extensive industry knowledge and make him an invaluable resource to both customers and employees. His strong customer service skills and dedication to helping others have made him an important part of the Coe Heating & Air Conditioning team.
Ron Dantzer
Ron Dantzer joined the Coe Heating & Air Conditioning team in 2012 and brings more than 33 years of HVAC industry experience with him. He began his career installing heating and cooling equipment and has since become one of our trusted Comfort Specialists. Ron is a hardworking and dedicated employee who is committed to helping customers keep their homes and businesses comfortable year-round. He specializes in designing customized heating and cooling systems tailored to each customer’s specific needs and works closely with homeowners and business owners to find cost-effective replacement options that improve comfort and energy efficiency. With his extensive industry knowledge and customer-focused approach, Ron helps customers choose systems that not only meet their comfort needs but can also help reduce monthly utility costs.
