Jacob and Evan from Coe Heating and Air Conditioning were wonderful to work with. They came out this morning to reconnect a return duct in my attic that I only recently learned had become disconnected. A roofing contractor happened to spot it while checking the decking, and I honestly have no idea how long it had been that way. What impressed me most was how thoughtful and careful Jacob and Evan were in my home. The attic access is through my closet, so getting equipment and ladders in could easily have been disruptive. Instead, they took great care with everything and even hung tarps to protect my clothing while they worked. I really appreciated that extra effort. They were friendly, professional, respectful, and made what could have been an inconvenient repair very easy. It is always reassuring to have people in your home who clearly care not only about doing the job correctly, but also about taking care of your home while they are there. I could not have been more pleased with the service and would gladly recommend Coe Heating and Air Conditioning. Thank you, Jacob and Evan!

I was impressed with the first time visit with the information they passed on by just doing a yearly service. I also noticed they did little extra things on top of cleaning the area around the outside unit.

Scheduled a timely appointment. Technician was very personable and knowledgeable. Did not find an issue other than the air conditioner was very dirty. He gave it a thorough cleaning and it seems to run better than before. Did not try to sell me something that I did not need. Very reasonable pricing for the trip.
