I was impressed with the first time visit with the information they passed on by just doing a yearly service. I also noticed they did little extra things on top of cleaning the area around the outside unit.

Scheduled a timely appointment. Technician was very personable and knowledgeable. Did not find an issue other than the air conditioner was very dirty. He gave it a thorough cleaning and it seems to run better than before. Did not try to sell me something that I did not need. Very reasonable pricing for the trip.

Jeff C. Arrived at the earlier end of the window given. I explained the problem and he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Hooked me up with Chad to start thinking about replacement before my 23 year old system died. Great service ! I appreciate the knowledge and professionalism of the guys. When you call with a problem they are always quick to respond. Highly recommend!

A very nice young man worked on the furnace. Didn't take long .found a leak in our water heater. We are waiting on the office to get back to us on replacement. We are very happy with the service.

I rarely give five star reviews ! from my conversation with the secretary to the actual visit from Greg the mechanic/repair man, I have been overly pleased. They came a day after I called and they were reasonable in price. He was very professional and had a great personality! I will call them when I need to replace my units thank you Coe Heat!
