Colton was polite, courteous and worked extremely fast to get my A/C running better than ever! He took his time to give me suggestions and advice to keep things running smooth! From setting up the appointment, receiving a decent heads up that they were in their way, to getting my home cool again…it was a fantastic and easy experience! I signed up right away for the twice per year deal to keep my AC, furnace and humidifier at peak performance.

My furnace suddenly stopped working, and it was getting cold. Tthe insoector of my new home recommended Cie Heating and Air Conditioning. The scheduler was polite, friendly, and efficient. She was able to work me in the very next day. I was also impressed with my technician who checked my furnace, found a clog immediately, cleaned my furnace, and changed the filter. I was impressed enough with my experience that I signed up for a twice a year service plan. I highly recommend Coe!

The technician, Jeff, is very knowledgeable and extremely efficient, he knows the equipment and attacks the problem with vigor. He always gets to the root of the problem and gets it resolved. When he is finished I know that my problem has been fixed. I can't thank him enough for the excellent work he does!

Came out late in evening and had heat back on quickly Very professional

My Ducane AC unit would not cool the house below 72 degrees. The technician (Colton) was knowledgeable, respectful and showed the refrigerant levels on the gauges attached to my AC unit and let me know where they should be if the unit was holding its charge. He explained that the charge that he put into the unit may hold for two weeks or possibly a longer period of time based on the severity of the leak. He also explained the replacement process if my AC system didn’t hold the refrigerator charge that he put in for me.
